Privacy

This website

• No analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party scripts, no tracking cookies. Fonts come from your own system.
• The site remembers your light or dark choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and download counts. They are not combined with other data.

The application

• Case data never leaves your computer. Evidence, case databases, keys, hashes and reports stay where you put them. InVitro has no telemetry and no crash uploading.
• Activation sends exactly three things: the licence key, a hash of the machine fingerprint, and the application version. The fingerprint is hashed on your computer; the raw identifiers are never sent.
• Offline activation uses a request file that you carry yourself, so the offline computer never connects.
• Your licence details (name and organisation) are printed on reports and acquisition logs that you create, because they are part of the licence.

Purchases

Orders are processed by our reseller of record, which acts as the merchant and handles payment, invoicing and tax under its own privacy policy. We receive the licensee name, organisation and e-mail address needed to issue and support the licence.
